Over the last 22 years, I have been actively involved in many aspects of the real estate industry. Not just representing clients but actively buying, selling, managing, constructing, or rehabilitating my own properties. I love to help people achieve their dreams in real estate, whether for personal or business reasons. I have been very blessed through the real estate industry. I have purchased/remodeled over 200 residential and/or commercial properties for myself and helped many others down that path as well. In 2009, I was hired by the city of Brooklyn Park to rehabilitate foreclosed and vacant homes. We were hired to clean up the homes and find new homeowners who would love to care for their new homes and become great neighbors. I have also developed farms and vacant land for my clients and myself. I ran my own brokerage from 2004 until 2018. At that point in my career, I decided to turn over the daily management of the brokerage to a larger company. This frees me up to do more deals, which is what I love most about real estate. I now have more time for daily interaction with my clients, including Representation of Buyers and sellers, Rehabilitation, Real Estate Investment Analysis, Tenant Improvement, Land Development, and Federal Wetland Banking.
